Weevil terminology

In the last times, there is a big confusion regarding terminology for different parts of the weevil body. This has led me to discussions with editors and other colleagues. Two of the main issues have been genitalia and head. However, it is also usual to see that some colleagues use a quite different terminology for antennae, or legs, of ventral sclerites, or wing veins. My main interest here is trying to reach a consensus and subsequent researchers could use this "terminology index" when writing new descriptions, or in a further step (character polarization), and so on. What do you want to start with? Head or tail? Ha ha ha...
I invite you to join actively this discussion, and try to define as exactly as possible even the simplest descriptor. Adding references would also help.
Cheers, Miguel

I've added the beginning of a table, which I hope we can complete between us
