On four species of Curculionidae new for the Italian fauna (Coleoptera)

The presence in Italy of four species Of Curculionidae belonging to the subfamily Curculioninae (Tychiini and Mecinini) is reported for the first time. The taxa are (he following: Tychius brisouti Tournier. 1873 (Liguria). Mecinus suturalis Reitter. 1907 (Liguria), Gymnetron rotundicolle Gyllenhal. 1838 (Veneto), and Rhinusa moroderi (Reitter, 1906) (Sicily, Sardinia). Their general distribution and the characters useful to distinguish them from related species already known from Italy are also reported.
